To whom it may concern:
It is with great pleasure that I have the privilege of endorsing Margaret Shaver. I had the opportunity to work the Meg during my time as student director of the events organization, Center Stage, at Brigham Young University Idaho. I served as student director from March 2012 through July 2012. Meg served as a volunteer board member during that time.
During my time as director I had the opportunity to observe Meg perform a wide variety of tasks and she showed proficiency in many areas. One of the most impressive qualities I have observed is her ability to remember and follow through with assignments. She takes initiative and performs tasks to the best of her abilities.
She is also able to coordinate with multiple people on multiple timelines. During one of the most intensive shows of the semester, A night with Bill Cosby, a three night event, Meg assisted me with coordinating everything from catering to emceeing the show all three nights. She not only is able to follow through with plans and see the big picture, but she is also flexible enough to make accommodating changes in the moment.
Meg also exhibits a unique desire to improve her abilities and expand her knowledge. She is an excellent team player and seeks to build relationships with those around her. As she does this she lifts and motivates those with whom she works whether they be above or below her in the workplace.
I am confident that Meg will be exceptionally successful in life and I have no doubt that she will excel into leadership in any field. The skills she possesses and the drive she has make her an excellent candidate for any position she is inclined to pursue. Above all she is a good person with a firm dedication to high moral standards.
Sincerely,
Miles Blaine
